Terms & Conditions of participation
The Mouffetard Pub Crawl offers a party evening with an international atmosphere. To guarantee the best experience for everyone who takes part, please carefully read and respect these terms and conditions of participation.
There may sometimes be more participants than we can accept on the pub crawl. Since this is the case, we strongly advise arriving shortly before the starting time of the event to be sure of a place on the pub crawl.
We will always meet at 20:00. After 20:00 participation in the event can no longer be guaranteed, even with an online reservation. In the case of a no-show we may offer places to participants who are present at the meeting and who did not reserve online instead of those who have booked but not arrived.
Mouffetard Pub Crawl
Your E-ticket and booking confirmation will be emailed to you after confirmation of payment. If you do not receive your confirmation, please check in your ‘spam’ folder. It is possible that the email may be in there. If you still cannot find your email, please contact us.
When you arrive at the meeting point, you must present the email containing the E-ticket, either directly on your phone or on paper if you have already printed it. If you do not have a phone with internet and are unable to print the ticket, you may still pay at the meeting point (€13 instead of €10, cash only please). Without a ticket, participation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Your ticket only guarantees you what is clearly stated. Food, drink, activities, special offers etc. which are not specifically and clearly indicated as included in the price of the tour are not included.
You must be 18 years or older to join in the Mouffetard Pub Crawl. If anyone is unable to provide a valid piece of identification upon request, they will not be able to participate in the Pub Crawl and if they have already bought a ticket, it will not be reimbursed for this reason. Valid forms of identification are passports, driving licences or identity cards. Photocopies and student cards cannot be accepted.
Cancellation and refunds
The Mouffetard Pub Crawl reserves the right to cancel an event if we are for any reason unable to hold the tour. In such a case we will contact our customers immediately and you will be refunded your entire ticket price.
- If you wish to cancel your reservation
If you no longer wish to take part in the tour that you have already reserved online, you may contact us up to 48 hours before the meeting. In this case you will be refunded 50% of the price of your order. After 48 hours no refund will be given.
- In case of natural catastrophe or force majeure
The Mouffetard Pub Crawl should in no way be held responsible in the case of a natural disaster (extreme weather conditions, earthquake etc.), or a major event (large scale demonstrations, terrorist attack etc.)
Smooth running of the Pub Crawl
The Mouffetard Pub Crawl team as well as the venues we will visit reserve the right to refuse access or remove from the Pub Crawl anyone at any time. Reasons for refusal or removal include but are not limited to acting in a way perceived as dangerous or aggressive, having a high level of drunkenness, possessing or consuming drugs and illegal substances, being inappropriately dressed. In these cases, no refund will be awarded to those refused or removed from the event.
We do everything possible to ensure that everyone on the bar crawl has the best night out possible. Even so, the Mouffetard Pub Crawl may not be held in any way responsible neither for lost nor stolen property, nor in the case of injury or trouble, real or perceived, of anyone participating in the event.
Data Protection
Le Mouffetard Pub Crawl will never resell your information. We reserve the right to use the data provided during your registration as well as the visual materials captured and/or produced during the events for research or advertising purposes.
